The wonders of YouTube! Sometimes it throws up some wonderful items and recently whilst playing some songs by Chicago, I decided to search my favourite song by Chicago which is Street Player and it found a cover version by Leonid & Friends who I never heard of. So I watched and, OMG, what a stunning cover by this supremely tight Chicago tribute band. Check out the spectacular trumpet solo by the American jazz musician Arturo Sandoval who guests on this track.

They hail from Moscow and currently tour with 11 musicians some from Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus. Up until five years ago they toured solely in Russia but have since toured in the USA and parts of Europe. Earlier this early did their first ever cruise ship gig On The Blue Cruise: The World’s Greatest Classic Rock Music Cruise from Miami to Nassau.
